Tips & Advice

• Consider what  music will best complement your personal style and event.  Bach and Handel fit a more formal, traditional wedding.  "All I Ask of You," from The Phantom of the Opera, "Ashokan Farwell," or even The Beatles' "When I'm 64" can work wonderfully in less formal weddings.

• Decide when you want music.  Do you want music during communion?   How many bridesmaids will be walking down the aisle?  We can easily tailor music to the number of attendants and the length of the aisle.  We can also help you choose shorter pieces for the unity candle or other special moments in the ceremony.

• Make a "Do-Not-Play List" if there are certain songs that you do not want to hear during your event.

• Other musiciains?  We are happy to arrange for additional professional musicians, such as trumpet or voice, and to accommodate most other special requests.

• Don't hesitate to ask!  We are happy to give you suggestions and answer any of your questions.  It's our pleasure to share what we've seen work well over the years.
